✅ Audit your speed to lead
How fast are you really replying?
Set a timer on your process. Aim for under 10 minutes.

✅ Write one re-engagement text
Pick 3 old leads. Send a message like:
“Hey [Name], we chatted a while back. Still thinking about [problem]? Let me know if you’d like to revisit!”

✅ Assign ownership
Who owns follow-up in your business?
Not “everyone.”
Pick one person. Give them a playbook.

Here’s what I mean:

You don’t have a lead issue.
You have a leak issue.

And it’s usually not about your website, ad spend, or email template.

It’s about:

→ A team that’s too busy (or too unclear) to follow up
→ A consult process that leaves people cold
→ No tracking, no ownership, no urgency
→ A founder still running plays from 2018
→ A CRM stuffed with leads no one’s touching

So what happens?

The funnel was bleeding money — and they didn’t even know it.

They were spending five figures on ads every month.
Leads were pouring in.
But conversions? Stuck.
Revenue? Flat.

But the truth?
