We’re excited to introduce ArchNOC, a new service-management portal that will bring all Archous services—and the ways they connect with customer networks—into one place. ArchNOC will serve as the central source of truth for our service portfolio, making it easier to find information, understand what’s happening across the network, and interact with our team in a more natural, human-friendly way.

Beta testing is progressing well, and the portal is laying the groundwork for ArchAI. Our goal is to introduce agentic AI capabilities by the end of the year, allowing customers to ask questions and take action using natural language.

For example, an ArchAI agent could bring together DNS records, NetFlow traffic data, IPAM information, and live statistics queried directly from network devices. Instead of checking several tools and manually piecing the results together, customers could ask a question in plain language and receive an answer built from the full network context.

ArchNOC will also make it easier to engage Archous for support, giving customers a single, approachable experience for understanding and managing their services.

Another great before/after example here doing some work for a rural telecom customer. The fost two images show a central CO building move and rack/space/power/networking forklift.

This job also came with 30+ field cabinet upgrades with an example migration shown in the last image.

Archous came in and standardized this network for our customer to support services across existing legacy Ubiquiti fixed wireless, new Tarana builds, active ethernet, and FTTX.

Thanks to the benefits from the new upgrades, customers can now self-service their service activation and the ISP can have all customers provisioned automatically from their billing system in a consistent manner that is platform agnostic. No more manual processes of digging through configs or executing CLI commands.
