A busy yard with significant foot traffic and mower turns can truly challenge the integrity of a lawn. At this property in Lakeland, we encountered some thinning and stressed areas; however, our regular monthly service and targeted attention are yielding positive results.

We implemented a comprehensive granular fertilizer along with broad-spectrum insect, w**d, and disease control measures. Despite the summer heat and ongoing activity, the turf is demonstrating a robust recovery. We consistently recommend maintaining a mowing height of 4 inches and watering twice a week, particularly as the season becomes drier. Adhering to these practices facilitates the growth of every patch, ensuring they remain lush and green.

Fall is the key time to give our lawns a boost before winter. Fertilizing now helps the grass store up nutrients so it stays healthy through the cold months.

We find that a well-timed treatment in autumn sets up a thicker, greener lawn when spring rolls around. It’s a simple step that can make a visible difference.

Early fall brings cooler, wetter weather—and that often means more insects trying to find a way inside.

We recommend a thorough one-time pest control treatment to help protect your home before the season shifts. Our approach covers both indoor and outdoor areas, paying attention to the spots pests use to sneak in. We also schedule a follow-up to check that your home stays protected as the weather changes.

Get ahead of pests this fall. Reach out if you want to learn more about a one-time service.

Dry weather can be tough on lawns, but steady care makes all the difference.

This property in Wesley Chapel is a great example of how routine treatments and good watering habits help the grass bounce back. Our March visit included a complete liquid fertilizer along with broad-spectrum insect and disease control. Regular mowing and watering, plus spot-checking for trouble areas, has helped bare spots disappear and kept the turf looking even and healthy.

Seeing the lawn fill in and thrive is what we love about monthly service. If you have questions about your grass or need tips for spring, reach out any time.

A dry season can really put a lawn to the test here in Lakeland.

This property needed steady care through months of changing weather, with regular treatments for w**ds, insects, and disease. We focused on timing water and mowing cycles, plus careful use of fertilizer and pest control to help the grass fill in and outcompete problem spots. The results are easy to see—thicker, greener turf and healthier landscape plants as the months went by.

Summer can present challenges for lawns, and we are pleased to share how we revitalized a property in Lakeland that was experiencing heat stress and mower damage.

We implemented a comprehensive treatment plan that included a complete granular fertilizer along with broad-spectrum insect and disease control, specifically formulated to promote recovery as temperatures rise. Our approach fosters new growth while effectively managing both grassy and broadleaf w**ds, which are expected to begin yellowing and diminishing within a few weeks. It is important to maintain regular mowing at a height of no less than 4 inches and to water twice weekly to ensure your turf remains robust, particularly as September ushers in drier conditions.

Should you have any inquiries regarding the maintenance of a healthy lawn throughout the seasons, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to assist you with a smile!

Dry spells can really put your lawn to the test! This month in Lakeland, we noticed the St. Augustine grass starting to spread and fill in some of those thinning spots, especially where the family dog loves to hang out.

We went ahead and applied a complete liquid fertilizer along with some w**d, insect, and disease control to give the turf a boost as the temps rise. Plus, we checked and treated all the landscape plants to keep them healthy this season. To help your lawn fill in and stay nice and green, we suggest watering twice a week and mowing at least every other week at a height of about 4 inches.

It’s awesome to see progress each month—it really shows how small changes can make a big difference!

Sometimes the toughest lawns to recover are the ones that have had uneven mowing and stress from being cut too low. That was the challenge we faced here in Wesley Chapel.

We noticed hot spots, some patchy areas in the back, and extra wear from foot traffic and pets. Our service included a complete liquid fertilizer and broad-spectrum w**d, insect, and disease control. We carefully avoided areas with ongoing work and focused on helping stressed turf bounce back.

The lawn is now looking much healthier, and we're seeing steady improvement. Keeping a steady watering schedule and mowing at the right height will keep this recovery on track.
