Haley led our Monday walk and book talk.
10 humans and 1 doggie. Beautiful evening to get some steps in.

The book talk was great! Everyone was really engaged and we had a great discussion!

Michele is on vacation…she and her family & friends have done a ton of walking already!

Join us Mondays at 5:15 pm to walk for 30 minutes (or if you’re out of town, send us pics of you walking where you are). Xabatin Park (meet near the Splash Pad) in Lakeport. No one walks alone. Walk at your own pace.
Book club discussion immediately following the walk. We’re onto Chapter 3 of Fiber Fueled for next week.

Our hearts are full, and we’re still smiling! 🧡 We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with our amazing clients and celebrate the relationships that mean so much to us. We hope you had just as much fun as we did!

We had a great turnout this evening. It was a beautiful evening. We shared the park with the dedication of the Wind Phone. Be sure to check it out.

We stayed to chat about Fiber Fueled. It’s unanimous…we’re going to love this book and the info that’s being shared. Chapter two for next week.

34 humans and 4 doggies Celebrated this evening!!

We celebrated:
-2 years of getting our steps in (rain, shine, snow, heat, & perfect temps)
-2 years of connecting with our neighbors
-2 years of making new friends
-2 years of laughs (that heal whatever is bothering you)
-1 year of reading 2 books
-1 year of meaningful conversations
-1 year of Summer journaling and changing our thoughts to all things gratitude

Here’s to the start of year 3 of our Walk & Roll Group and year 2 of our Book Club.

Huge shoutouts to the Clear Lake High School Culinary Club for the very yummy healthy treats and to Margie, owner of The Mix, for providing refreshing hydration drinks.

And thank you to Michele for being our dedicated leader. (Michele gives a huge, heartfelt thank you to Gabe and Jennifer for their generous donation to her church’s children’s ministry).
