Agriculture has always been more than an industry to me — it’s legacy, stewardship, innovation, and the people willing to work hard to feed the world. From the ranches of Nebraska to livestock operations across the globe, women continue to shape the future of agriculture through leadership, resilience, and vision.

Today at the ranch, we celebrate a double blessing.

A 75th birthday — and the lifetime behind it.

Seventy-five years of early mornings, long days, hard work, grit, and doing things the right way.

The kind of life that doesn’t ask for recognition, but leaves a mark you can’t miss.

A legacy built not just on land, but in the lives of the people around him — in lessons passed down, laughter shared, and moments that matter most.

And alongside that legacy, we celebrate something just as powerful.

Motherhood.

The Nuffield Global Focus program meant being away for 6 weeks of international travel-Jemma was not happy with the situation-and a week after my return this is a daily occurrence. 😂😂 .
