Job Opening: Tow Truck Driver
Broke-Down Towing – Lakeview, NY
About Us:
Broke-Down Towing is a small, family-owned business dedicated to providing reliable and professional towing services to the Western NY community. We’re seeking a skilled and committed Tow Truck Driver to join our close-knit team and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Position: Tow Truck Driver
Location: Western NY / Lakeview NY
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Weekly, commission-based at 30% per tow 8 or more per day
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate tow trucks to transport vehicles to designated locations.
Respond promptly to service calls, including roadside assistance, accident recovery.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks on tow equipment.
Keep accurate records of tows, including logs and invoices.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Valid New York State Driver’s License (CDL preferred but not required).
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Experience as a tow truck driver or similar role preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
Strong knowledge of Western NY, and surrounding areas.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm no weekends or holidays.
Physical capability to handle the demands of towing and roadside assistance.
