Dont get a built in oven folks- This customer called me after receiving a quote for $2,500 for a full replacement. I was able to track down a used part that was discontinued long ago and save the customer $$

Friendly reminder- don’t use self clean mode on your oven especially during the holidays! We get many calls because it will break your igniter or element.

Dont forget to caulk your outside vent! We added caulking and I let the dryer air out for two days. Replaced igniter and now it’s working good!
