🧠 Why More Staff Doesn’t Always Fix Care Quality

It is easy to think that adding more staff will solve care issues, but in most senior care communities, the problem is not just numbers. It is what happens between the shifts, the communication gaps, and the lack of clear direction that quietly affects care.
