Over the last 2 years, the amount of times I've walked into a HD, Menards, or Ace holding an out of date/out of production product is staggering, but I can count them fairly easily. These trips are always accompanied by a text or call to the client or customer. Weighing the options, and offering advice has become one of my favorite parts of my business.
