All of the preliminary inspections to ensure each property is up to code and priced accordingly we provide a one hour consultation per client. Any structural or foundation issues TDC can provide repair assistance. TDC will also provide any preliminary background or credit check needs on behalf of our clients at no cost. TDC will conduct any/all meetings with the potential buyers to ensure the price of your property is sold at your satisfaction. Rates:
$50, client property evaluation.
$200, consultation to obtain buyer's for set property.

TDC will locate potential renters interested in the client property. TDC will conduct any/all background/credit checks at no cost. Rates:
