Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Megan’s business roots run deep. She learned the fundamentals of leadership and customer care early, first in her mother’s consignment shop and later in her family’s propane company. Her entrepreneurial drive led her to launch her own ventures at a young age and eventually become Pennsylvania’s youngest Cadillac Director with Mary Kay, earning national recognition for her leadership, mentorship, and business growth.
