Meet - a Maryland-made sparkling red wine company started by two lifelong friends, Amelia and Miles.

Amelia has spent much of her life and career in the food and beverage industry: starting from her father’s much-beloved restaurant and brewery Franklins in Hyattsville, MD all the way to her viticulture degree in Bordeaux, France. She has spent years understanding the ins and outs of beer and wine and is ready to put sparkling red wine on the map! And Miles is here too! We hope you enjoy their flagship product, made in Maryland with love and existential dread (yipee!!). Bright, fruit-forward, with light tannins and crisp bubbles, Operations Bubbles is here to take over the world!
