Although I didnt win, I want to bring attention to the numbers that did. Voter turnout was 8.12% (4359 ballots submitted of the 53706 eligible). Thank you for casting your vote.

Congressman Bergman was a helicopter pilot in the USMC. He knows what we do thanks to all our CRNAs that served during the Vietnam War.

I'll be honest- this was how I met the AANA's own JP Mason! A golf outing for Congressman Bergman in my up north neighborhood. Working the room, shaking hands, answering questions and taking cards to send further information on to the DC office if I don't have an immediate answer.

I need to thank former MANA FPD, Andrea Teitel and her son, for engaging in the relationship development with then a newbie to politics. This relationship with Senator Elissa Slotkin has been nurtured by MANA since she first took office as a Congresswoman (proud to say I am also a constituent).

Senator Slotkin loves DATA and that data drives decision-making. Looking forward to many more years of collaboration with Senator Slotkin and moving forward with full practice authority for CRNA's!

Just packing for MYA and wow! Look at all the badges! I believe in the work the AANA continues to do for it's members. I ask for your vote to be part of that team as AANA Director. If you are in DC ask me questions at the Saturday evening Welcome Reception! I look forward to meeting you!
