My beautiful friend got married this past Friday in an intimate ceremony with just family and friends.. Nijah is the kind of friend I wish for everyone to have ..
despite all that life has thrown at her, she has always shined her light to all who she encounters!!! She is a wonderful woman with a beautiful soul and I am so happy for them both!!!

"While packing up my grammy's house to move her into an assisted living facility next month, we found her wedding dress in her attic! 63 years later she tried it on and it still fits! This is a picture of her holding her original wedding photo from 1953. My mom (their daughter) is taking this picture and you can see her face reflecting off the glass. My grandma Ruth stayed married to my grandpa Jack his entire life until he died in 2000. She misses him every day. They had a love that spanned the ages.
People should know this kind of love is real and is worth waiting for."

I've been gone from this page for FAR too Long! I have had ALOT going on.. and the days and weeks go by before you know it... So I will be Inundating you with photos From 2017-2018 and hopefully be able to update you on all that has transpired... but I can sum it up with this little synopsis, My Dad had a stroke in October 2016 and that started my monthly journeys to Nebraska, then my Grandfather passed in January 2017.. then our family home of 48 years burned down to the ground a month later in Feb 2017... I began to fly to Nebraska every month to restore what was lost... needless to say.. I have been busier that you can imagine .. and now that I feel like life has simmered down just a bit.. I can get my feet underneath me again and begin to focus on my love and personal stress relief of my photos and capturing images that I love ... and share my stories of Hope.. Healing and Journeying on into the future! Join Me again!! so sorry I have been away So long!
