I’m moving to Canada! Ok just kidding, but I loved my weekend with Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc. (canfitpro) and the award-winning career coach Nathalie Lacombe. After presenting 4 sessions, meeting some amazing fit pros and finally squeezing so many people in real life (guys, Mo Hagan knows who I am!! Squeal!!!!), I’m heading home - to plan BIG things for FIT4MOM as we continue to move our programs into the Canadian mom-sphere. Thank YOU to all I’ve spent time with over these past few days. 🧁 💕
