It basically said I am a Virgo. 😬🤣 As a senior executive and certified physician executive, I've done literally dozens of personality and leadership tests in the past whether as part of hiring or to get my MBA or my physician executive certification. Introvert vs. extrovert? They try to uncover what drives you, what's your true north, what makes you happy. And when I look at what gets me excited, it is about building, creating, discovering and making better. Whether I am flipping a house, building a new business, examining a patient or sitting in the board room, I love getting to the crux of the problem, creating the best solution and then implementing a solution. Guess that explains my recurring dream of being in an abandoned home where every room is filled with old treasures waiting to be repurposed. When I have that dream I know it is time for me to embark on a new venture or build a new business...or go garage saling depending on my budget. What excites you?
