Where to Enjoy a Perfect Pint of Guinness in Ireland 🍀🍻

St. Patrick’s Day is a time to celebrate Irish tradition, great company, and of course, the perfect pint of Guinness. Here are some of my favorite pubs in Ireland for a proper pint:

More Than a Celebration - The Irish Spirit of Hospitality 🍀🍻

There’s something magical about St. Patrick’s Day—it’s more than just a celebration; it’s a feeling of home, no matter where you are in the world. From the lively pubs of Dublin to Irish bars across the globe, this day is about togetherness, laughter, and the warmth of great hospitality.

Growing up in Ireland, St. Patrick’s Day was always a celebration of storytelling, music, and the warm embrace of Irish hospitality. It’s no surprise that this deep-rooted tradition led me to the hospitality industry, where I see firsthand how pubs, hotels, and restaurants bring people together to share in the spirit of the day.

So, here’s a toast to the incredible people behind the bar, the chefs in the kitchen, and the teams who make the celebrations happen! 🍻 Whether you’re in an Irish pub, at a parade, or celebrating at home with a warm meal, let’s raise a glass to Irish roots and the people who keep the spirit alive.

Two years ago, I discovered the magic of Montana, and it quickly became home. From breathtaking landscapes to incredible hospitality, this place has captured my heart. As a lover of great food, wine, and beautifully crafted cocktails, I’ve been searching for the best spots to dine and unwind.

Here are some of my favorite places in Bozeman & Big Sky:

Dine
🍷 Cortina Restaurant (Montage Big Sky) – Traditional Italian cuisine with a local twist and an extensive wine list. A must-visit for a memorable dining experience.

🍕 Blackbird Restaurant (blackbirdkitchen.com) – Fantastic pizzas, pasta, salads, and an impressive wine and beer selection, all served with warm and knowledgeable hospitality.

🌟 Little Star Diner (littlestardiner.com) – A hidden gem with locally sourced ingredients and a menu that changes with the seasons.

🥢 Shan (Shan Restaurant) – A James Beard Finalist and one of the best new restaurants of 2024, this Asian-inspired eatery is an absolute delight.

🍹 Devil’s Toboggan (Devil's Toboggan) – A classic cocktail bar with handcrafted drinks to transport you back in time.

🎶 It Will Always Be That Way () – A cocktail lounge with a nostalgic 60s & 70s vibe, perfect for an evening out.

French Bakery Love
🥐 Aurore French Bakery & Coffee Shop (Aurore French Bakery) – Indulge in the most délicieux pastries and perfectly brewed coffee. A little slice of Paris in Montana!

Loving the Sounds on Vinyl
📀 Vargo’s Jazz City & Books – (6 W Main St, Bozeman, MT) The go-to spot for jazz vinyl lovers and book enthusiasts.

🎵 Cactus Records & Gifts (Cactus Records & Gifts) – A legendary Bozeman shop with a fantastic vinyl collection and a friendly vibe.

Las Vegas comes alive during the Lunar New Year.

I recently visited the Palazzo pictured here. Here are a few of my must see events and attractions.

The Venetian-Palazzo Resort:
The Venetian Resort displays a large serpent made of green and gold, decorated with red diamonds, orchids, and citrus trees. The tail of the serpent is shaped like the number nine, which is considered lucky.

Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens:
Experience the stunning floral displays celebrating the Year of the Snake which runs through March first.

World of Feng Shui (WOFS) Store:
This is a favorite of mine. Located at 4011 Spring Mountain Rd. in Chinatown, this store offers a wide selection of feng shui items. The staff, including Joni and KK, are known for their helpfulness. Feel free to mention that Olga sent you when you visit.

Dragon Dances:
Keep an eye out for these colorful and energetic performances at various resorts they are very colorful and beautiful to watch.
