Some are obvious, some can be overlooked.
For example - we have spoken before about how hoteliers often use technology to overlook and bypass genuine human hospitality.
This research shows, however, that the service element, best conducted by humans, is still of paramount importance.
After all, if you think of your favourite moments in a hotel, how many were involving the staff, in one form or another?
