If you had w2 employees during 2020-2021 you may qualify through 3 different ways.
1. Revenue reduction compared to 2019 (done on a quarter by quarter basis)
2. If your biz (or your customers which affected your biz) we’re affected from gov. lockdowns and mandates
3. If you experienced supply chain disruptions
