Educate yourself. W**ds as well as grass, hedges, ground covering (wedelia) can grow rapidly if given a lot of water. “W**ds can grow that quickly?”. Of course they can. Up to 3” in a 24hr time period.

This is how a 2 person team cleans an area efficiently. No blowing the leaves under the shrubs. Rake them out and blow it to the middle. No hassle, NO COMPLAINTS!
