🎉 Good news — the PATH Act hold has officially lifted!
If you filed your tax return and claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC), the mandatory refund hold required under the PATH Act is now behind us.
That means the IRS has started releasing those refunds. 
📅 What to expect next:
🔹 Most early filers who claimed EITC or ACTC should start seeing Where’s My Refund? update with expected deposit dates by Feb 21st-22nd
🔹 Refund deposits are expected to begin going out as early as late February, with many arriving by the first week of March — depending on your bank’s processing times. 
💡 Quick reminder:
Where’s My Refund? updates only once per day and usually overnight
