Ours fears serve us well when we are about to step on a snake or in a darkened alley. Beyond those examples, our fears prevent us from fully experiencing life and keep us from meaningful growth. Fears be damned and move forward, unless there is a snake.

Using a highly interactive and experiential approach, we worked on coaching and feedback with our two fun and spirited cohorts from Terribles last week. They did great and everyone had a blast. Facilitated by Tim Schneider and Lisa Nelsen.

Blustery arrogance is NOT the outward display of confidence or credibility. Arrogance actually displays a deep weakness and insecurity while true confidence is mostly quiet and humble. Managing your approachability, non-verbal signals, and being affable and likable will cure any hints of smug, aloofness, or arrogance.

Staying mindfully in the present moment allows us to completely experience everything around us. We are able to listen better, make better connections with people, and focus on what is needed right now. Stop worrying about the future and regretting about the past.
