through his recovery, arranging for care, actually accompanying him on appointments, I was constantly correcting physician clinical mistakes, billing errors, and advocating for him as he was too weak to manage for himself. Upon a recent downsizing, I choose to take my career in another direction, assisting customers and caregivers with a variety of health care needs including insurance plan review, claims issues, patient intermediary, skilled nursing placement, advocating for the patient whenever needed.
