Large project. Homeowner was getting water in finished basement. Excavated problem wall to the footing. Installed foundation drain. Waterproofing, insulation, & dimple mat installed on the wall. Property is a hill, in the rear gets flat which turned to a swamp in the rain.

Diverted all downspouts, foundation drain, French drains to rear. Also put in a water collection in the rear flat to retain all the diverted water as well as avoid the previous swamp. (In progress)
