LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem solving method where participants are led through a series of probing questions. Each participant builds their own three-dimensional LEGO model in response to the facilitator’s questions using a set of select LEGO bricks. These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving, decision mak

ing and team building. The purpose of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is to maximize the full potential, insight, confidence and commitment of all the people around the table. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

It's been a while! Last night I had the opportunity to facilitate a Lego Serious Play activity for Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity at K-State. It's definitely different during COVID with masks and individual brick boxes but I think they did a great job with their aspirational models!
