Hey Y’all, Happy Sunday!
So let me tell you what went down Friday evening. I found myself in the lobby of the Avalon Hotel during networking hours for a fantastic entrepreneur conference I love (I didn’t attend this year, but I popped in to see some of my fam).
While I was catching up with a sister-friend of mine, we got into this deep convo about entrepreneurship and how much she appreciated what I do in HR. She shared how people like me—who break down HR for entrepreneurs— can really making a difference.
She’s a small business owner herself and has felt that "HR/people pain" firsthand. You know, the struggles of where to start with hiring, processes, managing, and building a team , etc. while growing your business.
Of course, being entrepreneurs, we didn’t stop at the pain points. Nope—we kept talking right into a solution! She challenged me to create something specifically for startups, micro-businesses, and small businesses that have been in the game for less than 5 years and are still figuring out how to grow and scale sustainably. 👀
Now here’s the tea: I already have tools, resources, and digital products for y’all. But I want to take it a step further and work with you face-to-face to really dig into how HR can set you up for success.
Here’s the catch though... I’ll only do it IF enough people are serious and ready to show up for the pilot!
