The jackasses who run this city have elected to raise already high fees another 15%. We already get charged by the Emergency Communications Department just to respond to a law enforcement scene. We get billed $5.75 per call just for some scumbag city worker who sits at a desk all day in an air conditioned office locked away from public scrutiny, while we go out and do the real work. And we have to pass that charge on to you. And now its going to be more expensive. Be mad about it, but not mad at us. Yeah there are a couple tow companies who will keep offering cut rate tows with crappy service and untrained morons for drivers, but just remember who the real professional drivers are. Stop electing as****es who keep selling you out and taking your money.

HB1261 passed out of committee and now goes to the house floor for a vote, if it makes it. It survived 18-9, with most of the pushback caused by the current labor commissioner putting out false information about how much it would cost the state. Thank you to Ryan Cooper and Rep. Hayes for doing to work to get it this far, and Lisa Janloo, our next Labor Commissioner!

Shout out to the Lawton Police Department for making sure junk like this is picked up at 3 AM. This is what we're expected to pay the city $1000 per year for. Junk vehicles dont get paid for, and we're not a salvage yard so we dont make any profit from them. This is turn forces us to raise prices on conventional tows to cover the loss, while the bigger companies who have a salvage yard get a free car and watch their competition get one step closer to closing.
