📍 Full-time | Remote | US Time zone
We’re looking for a highly proactive Executive Assistant with strong GoHighLevel (GHL) automation experience to support operations, outreach, lead management, and workflow optimization in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) automations and workflows
✅ Support LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, and lead tracking
✅ Manage pipelines, contacts, and campaign organization
✅ Calendar management and scheduling
✅ Support C-level executive and operational tasks
✅ Improve systems, processes, and workflow efficiency
✅ Maintain visibility, reporting, and organized tracking systems
Qualifications:
✅ 1–2 years of experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
✅ Experience building automations, pipelines, triggers, and workflows
✅ Experience in LinkedIn outreach or lead generation
✅ Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
✅ Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
✅ Strong communication and follow-up management
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
✅ CRM and automation platforms
✅ Lead generation and campaign tracking
✅ AI tools and workflow optimization
✅ Executive assistant or operations support experience
