🚨 Another Sewer Line Replacement Completed! 🚨

This client had been experiencing ongoing drainage issues, so our team performed a thorough camera inspection of the sewer system to identify the source of the problem.

The inspection revealed that the sewer line in the backyard had collapsed, causing significant drainage problems and preventing the system from functioning properly.

Our team removed the faulty and damaged piping and replaced the sewer system with new SCH 40 PVC pipe and fittings, extending from all building drain exits all the way to the city tap.

This provides the property with a properly functioning, durable sewer system and eliminates the issues caused by the failed piping.

This customer contacted us due to some severe drainage issues. With our reliable Rigid SeeSnake camera system, we conducted an in-depth inspection and discovered their cast iron drain system had reached the end of it's service life. As a result, we tunneled approximately 75 linear feet beneath foundation and replaced all the defective pipes with superior quality Charlotte Pipe SCH 40 PVC pipe and fittings. The Clevis Hangers, TapCon Anchors, and Oatey Glue & Cleaner further ensured a secure and clean installation. The customer was very pleased with our quick and professional response.

The customer called us with a leaking 50-gallon gas heater issue in their utility room which also lacked a few code upgrades. To rectify the problem, we installed a new State 50 gallon gas heater and performed necessary code upgrades. We used products from State Water Heaters and Nibco Copper Fittings and Valves for the seamless replacement.
