Bob Veres profiled Kwanti in the latest issue of , highlighting the solutions for its "analytical convenience": "If you think you’re overpaying for your / solution, then Kwanti may be an easier-to-learn / use solution."

Is artificial intelligence really necessary for pulling in ? Bob notes that in a world that seems to be completely dominated by innovation, Kwanti stands out as a unique exception. Kwanti is able to create side-by-side portfolio comparisons for prospecting, and compact performance reports for clients.

Kwanti is doubly unique in a world that seems to be communally hatched out of venture capital startup money, seed capital, and PE consolidation: "Self-funded, currently an AI skeptic, one of those solutions that you won’t see mounting an advertising blitz—Kwanti dares to be different. It sells itself with some of the highest ratings in the various industry software surveys, relying on its raving fans to spread the word."

In Wealth Management Magazine's 2026 issue, Salvatore M. Capizzi of Dunham explores how the role of is evolving as becomes more and more prevalent in the industry. As we move towards the end of 2026, many advisors are asking the wrong question about . The question is not whether AI will replace advisors. The question is what role advisors will play in a world where information has become nearly free.

As knowledge becomes readily available, judgment becomes more important than ever. This shift creates what he believes is the next evolution of the profession: the Epistemic Advisor. Joel Bruckenstein of T3 - Technology Tools for Today and Kimberley Raimondo of Brookwood Investment Group were both featured in this article from RIABiz discussing Vanguard's acquisition of Altruist for $4.6 billion.

“We always hear these statements when a takeover is announced,” said Joel, referring to the intended structure of the deal in which Altruist is to remain a standalone business. "The sale at this price is impressive," he added.

"The great custody duopoly needs to be challenged, and Altruist appeared to have the potential to become that challenger," Kim said. "The question now is whether gives the capital, scale, and credibility to challenge it, or if ownership by a major asset manager compromises the independence that made Altruist such a credible alternative in the first place."

Read their full insights here in the article from Oisin Breen: https://riabiz.com/a/2026/8/28/vanguard-group-and-altruist-can-win-ria-hearts-no-problem-experts-say-but-the-bro-cultural-chasm-2700-miles-apart-and-two-ways-of-defining-client-first-will-determine-if-they-can-make-the-marriage-work

Whether this is a miracle merger or a darling dud, insiders say, will be decided by Bogle-era Vanguard DNA, a hard-charging CEO and a West Coast 'bro' by RIA standards.

Impact Communications, Inc. - Marketing & PR values the relationships that make work more meaningful — relationships built not only on professional expertise and mutual respect, but also on genuine friendship, shared experiences, and plenty of laughter.

Two especially welcome recent reminders:

Founder and CEO Marie Swift traded boardroom meetings for a lawn chair and joined Dori Thomas, Impact’s Director of Brand Strategy and a Senior Relationship Manager, for an outdoor concert featuring The Doobie Brothers and Santana at KC's new Morton Amphitheater. They enjoyed the music, dancing, and a memorable evening together — an ideal reminder that professional relationships can be both productive and personally rewarding.

The following evening, Impact team members, clients, and friends in the Kansas City area gathered for happy hour at a local watering hole. No agenda. No presentations. Just lots of laughter and talking about life — oh, and yes, a little business in between.

At Impact Communications, we have always believed that the strongest professional relationships extend beyond the work itself. They grow through trust, mutual respect, shared experiences, and a sincere enjoyment of working together.

Professional success is not measured only by what is accomplished, but also by the people who make the journey worthwhile. We are grateful for the many clients, partners, and colleagues who have become far more than business contacts — they have become friends and extended family.

If this kind of relationship-centered partnership resonates with you, we would welcome the opportunity to get acquainted. Reach out to learn how our team helps organizations clarify their story, strengthen their visibility, and build meaningful connections while becoming part of a professional community that feels a little more like family.

Danielle White of Myriad Advisor Solutions discusses compliance and how it is no longer a periodic exercise in Wealth Management Magazine's 2026 issue. Compliance for should be an operating discipline that must keep pace with how firms communicate, market, use technology, and protect client information.

As firms expand services, technology, teams, and communication channels, they create more information to supervise, more activity to document, and more evidence to preserve. Centralized workflows can reduce manual handoffs, identify exceptions earlier, and create a clearer record of what was reviewed, by whom, and when—helping compliance leaders move from chasing tasks to supervising risk.
