🚨 Teamwork in Action 🚨

Our volunteer firefighters responded to assist Madison County Fire Rescue at a structure fire.
A big thank you to all the volunteers who dropped everything to answer the call, and to MCFR for the strong partnership. Moments like these remind us why we serve—looking out for our neighbors and helping one another.

We assisted MCFR on a to***co barn fire the other day. It's good when no one is hurt, and we learn something new.

One of our members, Bryan Phillips, is a licensed ham radio operator. Last night a few of our members attended the SkyWarn training, followed by the ARES radio meeting. Another step to help be ready in the event our area suffers inclement weather.

Our House Rep, Allison Tant, visited the Town of Lee last week. Our Chief, Steven Breckenridge, met with her and chatted. He was able to share with her what's been going on in our department, and our goals for the future. Fun fact: she graduated from the same school in Jacksonville Beach that our secretary/treasurer, Heather, did!
