Behind the Scenes Happenings - Early Preview:
We are preparing our press release about our public launch of immersive enrichment opportunities. We will continue to update our website so it is easier to navigate our services and offerings, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.

Over the last three years, we have provided 'extra' private services to our clients. Many of our local Philidelphia, New York, and DC clients enjoyed our team-building sessions to rejuvenate, increase employee engagement and morale, and strengthen creative problem-solving, collaboration, and countless other skill-building needs. We've also been fortunate to facilitate professional development half and full-day workshops to ideation knowledge framework sessions at our location in Leesport, PA.

By adding on-demand, partnered, and community development opportunities, our facilitation, in combination with our high-impact multidimensional learning and development approach, will provide greater cost-effective options to SMB organizations not only nationally but also locally.

We wanted to announce that the WinterFest at Schoolside Plaza Basket Raffle raised $1,000 for Grey Muzzle Manor Sanctuary!

A special thank you to those who organized and ran the basket raffle. Michelle Graham, Heidi Lesher Delancey and Courtney Graham!

Thank you also to Abigail at Accelerated Instructional Media, Inc, Inc who lent us her space to hold the raffle this year!

Thank you also to anyone who bought tickets. We appreciate your support of this event and your help in raising this money for this worthy organization.

Hi Everyone - Announcement: Qigong Wed, 6:30pm-7:30pm sessions have ended.

The November soft transition to provide a temporary home for the existing Qigong from Sincerity Wellness Studio is complete.

We enjoyed the ability to support Sincerity in the time of need as well as providing a indoor garden environment to the few diehard Qigong participants.

We wish Amy continued success in providing wellness to the area! Follow her at Qigong for Vitality

Career and Professional development is so important. Many employees (people leaders, too) are only offered or directed to elearnings (video series, click and reads, etc.) or stale internal intranet materials to guide their direction or enhance their awareness. We have observed, more professionals are attending webinars for information without peer-learning, guidance, time for reflection or tangible actionable steps to embed what they learned to on-off job situations.

We saw a need to change this.

Our goal is to reach more professionals with confidence building and enhancing ability opportunities.

Back story: We've developed so many customized highly immersive, reflective, actionable 60-minute workshops to 14-week programs for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies that could afford them - however realized in 2023, more people and companies would benefit from open-enrollment affordable live learning opportunities. Shouldn't everyone have a chance to learn in a safe environment - a place to practice and grow - by professional learning and development leaders? We think so.
