Leaf cutter ants vs Carpenter ants 🐜
Tons of dead Leaf cutter ants around the bottom of this tree, Corey automatically knew there were Carpenter ants in the tree.

Ants are territorial, so when the leaf cutter ants were trying to move up to the branches of the tree the carpenter ants started defending their colony. And they won... Carpenter ants (black) are a lot bigger than leaf cutter ants so they didn't really stand a chance lol.

Web worms—they skeletonize leaves inside their webs and while heavy infestations can cause temporary defoliation, they rarely kill healthy trees.

Most Preferred Trees are Pecan and Walnut.
