2025 Business Update & Recap
Year 3 of EVM hit like a truck. Some days it felt like the truck was on fire. Other days it felt like we were driving it with no brakes. Challenging? Absolutely. Rewarding? Even more.
We more than 2x our Painting division, growing over 120% in a short window. We didn’t just scale, we rebuilt ourselves while doing it. 2025 taught me the biggest lesson: growth is great, but making it smoother, cleaner, and with less friction is where the real magic is.
We serviced 500+ customers through EVM Painting, and 1,100+ customers through our Home Improvement & Construction divisions. Saying that out loud still sounds crazy. But it’s real. We worked for every single one of them.
We also made some huge moves I’m still processing:
- Acquired a 7-figure construction business out of Boston, MA
- Got our first office in Sterling, MA
- Hired a full-time assistant to help keep things tighter
- Purchased a commercial building in Fitchburg, MA
- Obtained my CSL license
- And invested heavy in coaches, consultants, and learning. Not because we knew it all, but because we wanted to be better for our customers
Fast growth brings pain. We felt that. It can be overwhelming even when it's good. But I wouldn’t trade it. It built a sharper version of me and our businesses. So some of my 2026 focus are, customer communication & production scheduling for EVM. Simply over-communicating with every customer, scheduling projects the right way, and delivering them clean. Because 100% customer satisfaction = 5-star reviews. And 5-star reviews mean we did it right. That’s the standard.
Real estate wise, I acquired a commercial investment property for a crazy deal! And now I’m in the works to acquire a multi-family property this year, God willing. Fired up for my real estate investment journey ahead.
Elias Consulting launched and scaled to multi-6-figures in 3 months. We served 20+ clients and businesses, helping them start, grow, and scale their service companies to 6 and 7 figures. Watching other entrepreneurs win with my help is the most fulfilling thing ever!
And GElite Fitness?Started the year strong. Had my best month ever: a $50K revenue month in online fitness coaching with margins close to 97%. Unheard of numbers, honestly. Goes to show the power of social media for ya!.But this year I made the call to keep fitness as a passion. No big marketing push. No major focus. If someone reaches out for personal coaching, I’ll do it for fun.
2025 was insane. It proved what I already believed: if you lock in, put your head down, and grind, anything is achievable. But the real truth? This is all God’s grace. I can’t thank Him enough. I am blessed beyond measure. Truly.
2026? I’ll accomplish even more.
It’s what I do. I make things happen. And if my story pushes even one person to aim higher, then I’m content.
