The Kentucky Commission on Supports and Services for Individuals with Intellectual and other Developmental Disabilities (aka HB144 Commission) is accepting applications in anticipation of upcoming expiration of member terms of service. Applications from interested parties will be accepted through March 31st for the following positions:

• Direct Service Providers associated with Medicaid Wavier programs
• Representative of Community Mental Health Centers
• Family member of an adult residing in a facility-based residential setting
• Family member of a child (age 18 and under) residing in the home of the family member
• Self-advocates
