Pivot2Boss Marketing for Wellness Pros

09/25/2026

Another Friday, another website launch.

But this one is personal.

Carol was my very FIRST website project two and a half years ago.

She trusted me when I was still figuring out exactly what Pivot2Boss was going to become, and I will always be grateful for that.

Since then, a lot has changed.

My skills have grown.
My systems have grown.
My team has grown.
And Pivot2Boss has grown into something that looks very different from where I started.

So getting to come back and completely refresh Carol’s website now felt a little like a full-circle moment.

We took what we built together back then and gave it a complete glow-up, from the branding and design to the content, automation, follow-up, community, and overall customer experience.

Looking at this new version next to where we started is such a reminder of how much can change in two and a half years when you just keep building.

Carol, thank you for being there at the beginning and for trusting me all over again.

I’m pretty proud of this one and if you want to take a peek I'll drop the link in the comments.

I’m so excited to officially welcome Ali to the Pivot2Boss team as our new Project Manager! 💙

What makes this especially fun is that Ali and I actually go way back.

We first met in 2019 when I was the Project Manager for an implementation at the surgical office where she worked. I remember noticing almost immediately how incredibly driven and detail-oriented she was. Her beautiful brain just works in a way that sees the pieces, catches the details, and figures out how to keep everything moving.

We stayed in touch over the years, and now things have come full circle.

As Pivot2Boss continues to grow, I knew I needed someone who could help me keep projects organized, support our clients well, and bring another thoughtful set of eyes to everything happening behind the scenes. I couldn’t be more excited to have Ali’s heart, wisdom, and seriously impressive brain joining our team.

She’ll be helping us keep projects organized and client support running smoothly so we can continue giving our clients the kind of experience and support I want Pivot2Boss to be known for.

Please help me give Ali a very warm welcome! 💕

YOUNG LIVING LEADERS can we talk about that moment when someone says:

“I’m interested.”
“How do I get started?”
“Can you tell me more?”
..and your brain immediately goes, “Okayyyyy, what do I send them now?” 😂

That exact moment is why I created my new free workshop:

From Curious to Connected

A simple system for turning interest into a clear next step.

Inside the workshop, I’m going to show you how to create a gentle, repeatable flow that can take someone from:

Conversation or Facebook Post
→ Quiz
→ Wellness Pathway
→ Helpful Resources
→ Product Match or Wellness Consult
→ Follow-Up

No pushy sales tactics.
No sending 47 random links.
No complicated funnel that makes you want to close your laptop and walk away. 😅

Just a clearer way to know what to share, where to send people, and what to do next.

We’ll be live on Zoom:

Friday, September 11, 2026
1:00 PM Eastern Time

And everyone who registers will also receive the Curious-to-Connected Playbook, with the flow map, planning worksheet, Facebook conversation starters, gentle follow-up scripts, and workshop replay.

If you’re a Young Living Brand Partner and you want your follow-up to feel simpler, more natural, and a whole lot less mentally exhausting, I’d love to have you there. 💗

We are so excited to celebrate the launch of Laura Purnell’s new website.

This project has been such a joy to create.

Every once in a while, a client comes along with such a rich body of work, a powerful story, and such a clear calling that the design process becomes more than just building pages. It becomes a process of gathering, listening, shaping, and helping their work finally feel at home online.

That is what this project felt like with Laura.

Laura came to this process with so many beautiful pieces already in motion: her book, her coaching, her hypnotherapy work, her HeartMath support, her workshops, her spiritual wisdom, her healing journey, and her deep desire to help others come home to themselves.

Our role at Pivot2Boss was to help bring those pieces together into one clear, beautiful, strategic online home.

And honestly, our team had the best time doing it.

Laura was such a dream to work with. Open, thoughtful, creative, trusting, and so deeply connected to the heart of her work. It was an honor to help her create a website that feels like her: magical, grounded, wise, warm, and full of invitation.

This site brings together her story, services, book, workshops, free resources, and community in a way that gives visitors a clear path to explore her work and take the next step.

Projects like this remind me why I love what I do.

It is never just about a website.

It is about helping a wellness professional’s work become easier to understand, easier to share, and easier for the right people to find.

Congratulations, Laura. Your new online home is beautiful, and I am so grateful I got to help bring it to life.

Laura Purnell Coaching offers hypnotherapy, workshops, coaching, HeartMath and community support for healing, embodiment, and inner transformation.

YOUNG LIVING BRAND PARTNERS
If your brain opens 47 tabs every time someone asks, “Where should I start with oils?” this is for you. 😅

I just recorded a walkthrough of the Young Living website system we created for Brand Partners who are tired of sending people to scattered links, random product pages, Facebook groups, PDFs, old graphics, and “hold on, let me find that” messages.

Because honestly?

Your resources may be beautiful.
Your products may be helpful.
Your heart may be in the right place.

But if there isn’t a clear path, it can feel confusing for your people and exhausting for you.

In this video, I’m walking through the Magnetic Marketing Engine for Young Living Brand Partners, including:

✨ what pages are included
✨ the four wellness pathways
✨ matching blog posts, lead magnets, and email follow-up
✨ the four website themes
✨ the DIY Website-in-a-Day option
✨ done-for-you website options
✨ Candice’s website project
✨ the current convention special

The goal is simple:

To help you create one polished online home you feel proud to share.

So the next time someone asks, “Where should I start?” you can confidently say:

“Here’s my website. Start here.”

A few weeks ago, Candice reached out with a clear deadline:

“Kimmy, I need a site by June 25th because I’m speaking at the Young Living Convention.”

Just a couple weeks later, her new website is live.

And we are so proud of how it came together.

Candice needed more than a pretty website. She needed a clear online home she could confidently share with people at convention, in conversations, and with anyone who wanted to learn more about her wellness support.

Together, we created a website that reflects her grounded, Mediterranean-inspired wellness style while giving visitors a simple path to explore her offers, download her guide, learn more about her story, and take the next step.

Website projects like this are exactly why we love helping wellness professionals and Young Living Brand Partners create an online presence that feels beautiful, strategic, and easy to send people to.

Congratulations, Candice. We are so excited for your launch and honored to be part of it.

If you're a website designer or own a marketing agency you know that most website projects end the same way:

Build the site.
Launch the site.
Start looking for the next client.

And that cycle can get exhausting fast.

Especially when every new wellness client needs a website, booking links, follow-up, promos, review requests, lead capture, and a way to reconnect with old leads.

That’s not just a website project.

That’s a marketing system.

A website project gives the client pages.

A marketing system gives them a client journey.

And a fully built marketing system is where stronger monthly revenue opportunities can start to open up for your agency.

This is the same shift that helped me move away from fully custom one-off builds and into a more repeatable hybrid system.

With the right foundation in place, I can onboard and implement a new wellness client in about 7 days because the structure is already there.

If you serve appointment-based businesses like massage therapists, spas, or similar wellness pros the Wellness Marketing Agency-in-a-Box Snapshot gives you a niche-ready GoHighLevel foundation you can customize instead of building from scratch.
