1 month left to book your mare for Two Eyed Tontos Doc. This will be his only breeding season. He is getting gelded this fall/winter.

05/18/2026

Valor will be gelded this winter. Book your mares for your last chance to get a foal from him.

05/10/2026

Stud fee for the remainder of 2026 is $500 + mare care. I will extend his breeding season to the end of July. Yes, I understand that is not ideal for babies, but Valor will be gelded THIS fall. He has a total of 5 breeding spots this season and 3 are open. Book today before it is too late!
Live cover only. Located in Lincoln NE.

✨️Home from treatment✨️
Valor will be back to light work this coming week. He was a very good boy at his hospital stay, but has a lot of pent up energy to burn. He will be doing lots of ground work sessions until he can refocus on what his job is in the saddle.

Rave review from the vet already and it's only been 3 days! No sedation needed for treatment application. No sedation needed for shaving around the area (he has never seen clippers before). He is on his best behavior! I can not thank my vet and their staff enough for taking the time to treat this special boy and put as much effort into him as we do. Oh, and he gets to come home a day early ✨️

Just when we catch a break, something else comes up. Unfortunately Valor has a cancerous sarcoid on his leg. He will start chemo soon. This is not genetic, it is actually (according to both my vets and research) caused by specific fly bites. Not very common in the US, these sarcoids can happen to any age and species of equine and bovine. My vets are consulting with a vet in Europe to get the appropriate treatment dosage.
At this time, Valor can continue his work as normal and it is not currently a concern that this would be career ending, just a minor set back. We are hoping for the best and looking to a bright future.
If this was something genetic, he would be gelded to help prevent the spread of it. We will be gelding Valor in 2028, so book your mares sooner than later.
