Part-Time Driver – Clothing & Shoe Recycling Pickup (Box Truck – No CDL Required) 🚛
Route begins and ends in Lincoln DE
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our eco-friendly team as a Part-Time Recycling Pickup Driver!
You’ll help collect clothing, shoes, and textiles from our green collection bins and deliver them to local sorting facilities. No CDL is required — just a great attitude, a clean driving record, and a passion for making a difference. ♻️
Why Join Us?

• Flexible 2–3 day schedule (10–20 hours per week)
• Weekend availability may be required
• Drive time is paid time
Service Area
Your route will include:
Delmar to Lewes to Wilmington and everywhere in between
Each route typically takes 4–8 hours per day, and you'll be working independently outdoors—perfect if you like staying active and avoiding desk work.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Safely operate a 12’ box truck (GVW under 15,000 lbs — no CDL needed)
• Load and unload bags of clothing from our recycling bins
• Track your route and pickups via a mobile app
• Represent our brand with professionalism and care at every stop
What We’re Looking For
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• At least 22 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and working outdoors in all weather
• Dependable and detail-oriented—you’ll be working solo
• Strong work ethic—routes must be completed on schedule
• Willing to undergo a full background check
