New 2-Story182,329 SF Seismic Replacement Hospital, worked on all phases from first lines through Construction Administration. This Hospital was modeled and coordinated as a Revit Building Information Model (BIM-3D) and was delivered using Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) used an Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) contract. This meant that the design team worked with the GC and subs throughout the process using Lean Tools developed by Toyota (A3's/Big Room coordination/Pareto Charts/etc.). It was a great experience!

This project was a pavilion located in Bernard Tschumi's Parc de la Villette and was to play with open/closed/transparent/obscure... so I had a series of changing rooms where someone could be as private or public as they wanted to be in this bath house pavilion.
