Women wear many hats - leaders, creators, mothers, mentors, entrepreneurs, and dreamers. Strength doesn’t always look loud or bold; sometimes it looks like showing up every day, lifting others up, building something from nothing, and believing in possibilities even when the path isn’t clear.

In communities like Thrive Tribe: Long Island Women in Business, we see that strength in action - women supporting women, sharing knowledge, opening doors, and creating opportunities together.

🌿✨ Thrive Tribe, I’ve missed you! ✨🌿

It feels like forever since I’ve been here with you all! Life threw me a few “plot twists” lately — from the whirlwind blessing of buying a new home, to helping my son get ready for college, and even starting daycare soon for our little one. I am not unique in this as I know we all have our battles and hardships.

Through it all, I never forgot about this amazing community. 💛 I’ve been peeking in when I could, and it makes my heart so happy to see the energy, activity, and support that’s been flowing here even while I’ve been away. You ladies truly are thriving!

I’m so happy to be back and can’t wait to hear how everyone’s been. Drop a comment, say hi, share your wins, your updates, or even your struggles — I’m here for it all. 💬

🚀 Women Rock Wings: Digital Magazine Launch

Today, I had the absolute pleasure and honor of attending the Women Rock Wings Digital Magazine Launch, and what an incredible event it was! Hosted at the historic American Airpower Museum, the afternoon was filled with inspiration, empowerment, and a true celebration of women in aviation.

From insightful panels to powerful conversations, it was amazing to hear from trailblazing women who continue to break barriers in the industry. Their stories of resilience, passion, and dedication were nothing short of inspiring and literal food for the soul!

Being surrounded by such an accomplished and supportive community reminded me of the importance of representation and the impact of lifting each other up. Huge congratulations to Women Rock Wings and Thrive Tribe's very own Meagan S. Hobson for creating a platform that amplifies these incredible voices! 💜

What an incredible event! Our Women’s Day Mixer was filled with inspiring energy, meaningful connections, and a powerful sense of support. We listened intently to the amazing Saadia Yunus as she discussed personal power and self-trust. We ended the event with a fun giveaway won by Alana Lella.

Seeing so many amazing women come together to uplift and empower one another was truly heartwarming. 💜
