AC units are on a maintenance plan and serviced annually. Our competition may include lawn care and turf management (pest control for your lawn). But we also provide all of our homes with pest control inside and out, a Sentricon termite prevention system and a Culligan water softener system. Most of our homes have high-end appliances and front-loading washer/dryer systems. It’s the little things that count! For instance, our washers have stainless steel braided hoses connecting them to their water supply to prevent breakage and flooding. The shelving in the kitchen is lined for you and all homes are equipped with a water softener system. This helps to prevent scale buildup making cleaning easier, your appliances last longer and your hair and skin soft.
