Fall is here, the leaves are changing and falling. Yes, sometimes our trails are difficult to see when leaves are on the ground. Please don’t rake or blow our trails, we let the leaves sit throughout the winter giving them a chance to break down and clean in the spring.

Stoked to be back at Weeks State Park here in Lancaster, continuing the overall trail system upgrade. This week we are improving drainage and making the tread surface more consistent using our two mini-x’s along with some detailed handwork and the york rake pulled behind our atv. Sorry for any inconvenience but please note that while we are here working, the section of the “Around the Mountain Loop” between the Mt. Prospect Ski Lot and the Auto Road IS CLOSED. Again, for the remainder of the week and likely over the weekend, this .3 mile section of trail is CLOSED to all traffic, please plan accordingly.

If you haven’t heard, Aubrey has advanced through the first four rounds and made it to the National Finals of the Elks Hoop Shoot Contest! We are will be traveling to Chicago so she can compete against 11 other regional winners to see who is the best free throw shooter in the country in the 12-13 year old division! So proud of her and can’t wait for this once in a lifetime experience. The Elks Club has a site for friends and family to wish her “BEST sWISHES” so if you’d like to wish her good luck or say something positive to help her on the day of, please click on the link, scroll down to “New England Region 6”, find “Aubrey Roberts” and click “send greeting” I’m sure it would mean the world to her!

When the client asks for a view, you give him one! Really cool second phase on a private network in Thornton along the Eastman Brook, continuing uphill towards the 2,000’ summit (phase 3). The topography and geology of this property is truly special, nature is so awesome!

Soft opening was Saturday and as stated by guys that pulled the strings to make it happen and , it was just special and I’m so glad we were able to be a part of it!

Well, that’s a wrap! Hard to put into words the feeling that I have right now and the pride that I’m experiencing with what my team has been able to accomplish in just 7 days. The amount of hard work and dedication shown by my crew nearly brings me to tears, it’s been HOT and the hours have been long…but to say that I think we absolutely knocked this one outta the park is a tremendous understatement. Truly hope the people of peacham, VT and especially the kids enjoy every second they spend here…whether it’s their first time on a strider bike, their first time hitting perfectly shaped berms and jumps, or just to hang out with their family or friends. Here it is ya’ll, yours for however you choose to enjoy it…as long as your’re on a bike, of course! 😉

The torrential rain may have slowed us down today, but itching to get back and finish this project for . It’s really “taking shape” and wouldn’t be possible without the nearly 150 yards of material from and the support from and my crew + + + AJ Brown.
