Today’s Member Highlight is none other than Tim Burns, owner of HomeTeam Inspection Service.
With 10 years in the home inspection industry and a background in construction and remodeling, Tim brings hands-on experience and practical insight to every home he walks through. He loves helping buyers better understand the homes they’re excited about by clearly explaining how the systems of the home work and what to expect long-term.
What sets Tim apart is his calm and educational approach. While some people think home inspectors are there to kill deals, Tim believes the opposite—everything can be fixed. His goal is to provide non-alarming explanations that help buyers and agents move forward with confidence and clarity.
His ideal referral partners are real estate agents looking for an inspector who educates rather than intimidates.
Tim grew up as a military brat, living all over the U.S. and internationally, and outside of work he enjoys restoring his 30-year-old RV to run better than brand-new models.
And despite all his talents, there is one thing Tim still can’t do… whistle.
For Tim, success means leaving a legacy for his children while helping clients better understand one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

Today’s Member Spotlight is Jeremy Case, owner of RightWay Duct Cleaning.
With 6 years in the industry, Jeremy found his passion in a career that lets him work with his hands, help people directly, and build genuine relationships without feeling like every conversation has to turn into a sales pitch.
Jeremy specializes in improving air quality, reducing allergens, lowering fire risk, and helping families dealing with asthma, dust, and other airborne issues. What sets him apart is that he does things the RightWay—literally. He uses the negative air method, the same process used by major national companies, but with a higher level of care and at a fraction of the cost.
His ideal client? Honestly, anyone with a home or business—especially those who think duct cleaning isn’t necessary… until they see what comes out of the vents.
Outside of work, Jeremy has one of the more interesting backgrounds in the room: he was once a bounty hunter, enjoys restoring antique clocks, and spends his free time hiking, camping, riding horses, and serving on mission trips around the world.
And if he had a warning label, it would read: “Don’t mistake my kindness for weakness.”
For Jeremy, success means being passionate about his work, supporting his family, and using what he’s been given to serve others well.

Today’s featured member spotlight is Brian Mielcarek, VP of Business Development with Elite Roofing & Solar.
With 17 years in the industry, Brian was inspired to get into roofing by a neighbor who became both a mentor and a lifelong friend—and that relationship-first mindset still drives how he does business today.
Brian understands that most people call a roofer during an unexpected and stressful time, so his focus is making the process as smooth and trustworthy as possible. While Elite Roofing & Solar has the experience, certifications, and accolades to deliver exceptional work, Brian believes what truly sets them apart is their honesty, care, and commitment to building lifelong client relationships.
His ideal clients include homeowners, commercial property owners, property managers, and HOA boards looking for a roofing partner they can genuinely trust.
For Brian, success is all about fostering meaningful relationships built on kindness, integrity, and mutual growth—and if you know the phrase “Givers Gain,” you already understand his philosophy.
And just for fun, his walk-up song would be “Sympathy for the Devil” by The Rolling Stones… which is probably more about confidence than roofing.

She loves guiding her clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and making sure they find the right home to fit their needs, not just a house.
What sets Natasha apart is her combination of strong negotiation skills and genuine care for her clients. She doesn’t just help people buy or sell—she partners with them through the entire process to make sure they feel confident every step of the way.
Her ideal client is someone who wants that level of guidance—someone who values having an expert in their corner.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her dogs, and being active in her church—and if she had a warning label, it would read: “Caution: never quits.”
For her, success means creating safe, stable homes and lasting legacies for the next generation.

Today’s Featured Member Highlight is Clayton Thomson, agent and owner of the Clayton Thomson State Farm Agency.
With 18 years in the industry, Clayton was drawn to insurance by the opportunity to build a life with flexibility and freedom—but what’s kept him in it is something deeper: being there for people when they need it most. Whether it’s an accident, a loss to their home, or the death of a loved one, Clayton takes pride in helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult moments.
He specializes in working with new homeowners and individuals who don’t fully understand their coverage, focusing on education so clients know exactly what they’re paying for—not just that they’re “insured.”
What sets Clayton apart is simple—he genuinely loves what he does and shows up every day with that mindset.
Before his career in insurance, Clayton served in Iraq doing route clearance, locating and disposing of roadside bombs—an experience that shaped his perspective on risk, responsibility, and protecting others.
For Clayton, success means having a healthy work-life balance while helping as many people as possible protect what matters most.

Today’s Member Highlight is Paul McNamara, a Financial Educator with WealthWave.
With 5 years in the industry and an engineering background, Paul is passionate about leveling the playing field when it comes to money. He believes most people were never taught how to make their money work for them—even though it impacts nearly every part of their lives.
Paul specializes in breaking down complex financial concepts into simple, understandable strategies, helping people not just manage money—but actually use it to achieve their goals and dreams.
What sets him apart is his approach: he genuinely cares about people for who they are, not just their financial situation, and works with anyone who’s open to learning and improving.
His ideal client is someone who has questions about their money and is ready to take action.
Outside of work, Paul is into Lego, movies, and has a surprising amount of knowledge about both—and fun fact, he even has a curse word tattooed on his leg.
For Paul, success means living debt-free, having options, and being able to take spontaneous trips with the people who matter most.

Lisa is passionate about helping businesses show up online in a way that actually feels human. She and her team focus on building meaningful connections through branding, websites, SEO, social media, and email marketing—because to her, marketing isn’t just about ads or sales, it’s about relationships.

Today’s Member Highlight is Kindel Callender, Vice President and Producer with Mountain Vibe Insurance. With 12 years in the industry, Kindel was inspired by his family to help others protect what matters most. He’s passionate about making sure clients truly understand their coverage so they can make informed decisions—not just check a box. What sets Kindel apart is his approach: he genuinely cares about getting people what they actually need, not just selling a policy. One thing he wants everyone to know - Getting a policy that actually covers what your do in the day to day is far more important that finding the cheapest option, like most things, its probably cheap for a reason! His ideal clients are new business owners who want to get set up the right way from the beginning. Outside of work, Kindel is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, camping, off-roading, and golf—and if he had a warning label, it would read: “The party has arrived.” For Kindel, success means providing a comfortable, low-stress life for his family while helping his clients gain real peace of mind.
