Quick question: how many hours did you lose to unfilled shifts last week?

Not the hours you scheduled. Not the hours you're authorized for. The ones that were supposed to happen and just... didn't. A caregiver called off, a shift went unfilled, nobody flagged it.

Most agencies find out about this the hard way, a client complains, or a payer audit flags a gap. Very few actually track it week to week.

Every unfilled hour is revenue that never happened and a client relationship quietly at risk, and it's usually invisible until it's already a pattern.

Quick question: what's your actual collection rate?

Not "we bill for everything." Not "collections are fine." The actual percentage, what you collect divided by what you're owed.

Most home care owners can tell you their revenue. Fewer can tell you their collection rate. And the gap between those two numbers is exactly where agencies quietly lose margin, month after month, without ever seeing it on a bank statement.

It's not a hard number to know. It's just one nobody ever asks for.

You have the data. But do you have the full picture?

Your scheduling software, EVV, billing system, and payroll are generating data every day.

But data alone doesn’t tell you:

Where you’re losing revenue
Whether your billing and collections are performing as they should
Where scheduling gaps are hurting profitability
Which KPIs actually matter to your agency
What needs your attention right now

That’s where clarity makes the difference.

We created 3 simple ways to understand where your home care agency stands, choose the one that works best for you:

🟢 2-Minute Health Check
7 quick questions → Get an instant score

🔵 Full Business Assessment
19 focused questions → Get a deeper picture of your agency’s performance

📞 30-Minute Conversation
No forms. No complicated process. Just a real conversation about your business.

No expensive technology. No complicated implementation. No pressure.

Just a better way to turn the data you already have into business clarity and actionable insights.

Three ways to start. You choose.

There's a folder in your QuickBooks quietly hoarding your money, and it's probably called "Uncategorized."

Every business has transactions that get imported and just... sit there. Never sorted, never assigned to a real category. One month it's not a big deal. Six months in, it can be thousands of dollars with no idea what any of it actually was.

It's not lost money, it's just invisible money. You can't see your real expenses, your real margins, or your real tax picture until it's sorted.

The fix isn't complicated. It just needs someone to actually go through it.

This is one of the first things we clean up in every session.

QuickBooks has a quiet glitch that can duplicate money you never actually made.

It happens more than you'd think: your bank feed automatically imports a transaction, and someone on your team also enters the same invoice manually, because they didn't know the other one already came through. Now that same payment shows up twice.

Your revenue looks higher than it is. Your reports look healthier than they are. And nobody notices until the numbers stop making sense months later.

It's not a mistake anyone made on purpose, it's just two systems doing their job at the same time, without talking to each other.

This is one of the first things we check for in every session.

Your profit report might be lying to you, and it's not QuickBooks' fault.

QuickBooks can run on two completely different systems: Cash Basis or Accrual. Cash Basis counts money when it actually hits your account. Accrual counts it the moment you invoice, whether or not you've been paid yet.

Same business, same month, two different profit numbers, and most owners have no idea which one they're even looking at.

That's not a bug. It's a setting. But if you don't know which one you're on, every decision you make from that report is built on the wrong number.

This is one of the first things we check in every session, not because it's complicated, but because nobody ever explained it.

That green checkmark? It's not telling you what you think.

In QuickBooks, "Reconciled" just means the transaction matches something in your bank feed. It doesn't mean the transaction is correct — duplicate entries, missing deposits, and misclassified transfers can all sit there, fully "reconciled," fully green, fully wrong.

The real question isn't "does it say reconciled?" It's "does my actual bank balance match what QuickBooks says, every single month?" Those are two different checks, and most owners only ever do the first one.

This is the kind of thing we look for in every session, not the software glitches, the ones hiding underneath them.

"My books are too messed up to even show anyone."

If that thought has crossed your mind, you're exactly who this is for, not who it's not for.

We've seen worse. Duplicate entries, months of nothing categorized, personal and business expenses tangled together, accounts that haven't been reconciled since who-knows-when. It's not shocking to us. It's Tuesday.

The messier it is, the more this session is worth your time, because that's exactly what two hours with a senior VMaC expert is built to untangle. No judgment, no lecture. Just someone who's done this enough times to know exactly where to start.

First 10 seats are half price, $50 instead of $100.

How long have you been avoiding a real look at your books? Be honest. 👇

What you see is the tip. Here's the other 90%.

Your bank balance is the part above the water, visible, reassuring, easy to check. Below it: what clients still owe you, what you owe in tax, whether last month actually made money. Most owners never see any of that until it surfaces at the worst possible time.

A 2-hour session with a senior VMaC expert doesn't just look at the tip. It maps what's underneath, so nothing surfaces without warning.

The QuickBooks report almost nobody opens: Accounts Receivable Aging.

It's one click and it tells you exactly who owes you money, and how late they are. 30 days, 60 days, 90+.

Most owners have no idea this number exists until it's a real cash flow problem. Takes 15 seconds to check:

QuickBooks Online → Reports → search "A/R Aging Summary."

Do that once a month and you'll never be surprised by "wait, why is cash so tight this month?" again.

(And if pulling up your own reports feels more overwhelming than it should, that's exactly what our 2-hour cleanup session sorts out. First 10 seats are still $50.)
