A soft blockage in the shower pan caused water to get trapped underneath it and leak down into the kitchen and living room at this Buford, Georgia home.

Because the water had spread above the ceilings, sections of the ceiling had to be removed so we could get to the affected areas and dry everything properly. We set drying equipment, monitored moisture levels, and removed affected materials.
