Jordan earned our 3Ds of Success plaque — Determination, Discipline, Dedication.
Every company has words on a wall. Here's what ours look like in practice: Jordan shows up the same way every single day, holds himself to a standard nobody set for him, and finishes things. Including the projects nobody is watching.
We run on Kaizen here, which is a fancy way of saying "get a little better, constantly." That only works if someone keeps showing up to do the small unglamorous work. Jordan does.
Congratulations, Jordan. Well earned.😎
