The intelligence of space is not about making you "feel good" in the way wellness often does.
It goes deeper.
It means reading your home closely, understanding how the way you live in it either supports or gets in the way of the different areas of your life.
It is about how your relationship with the space affects the way you sleep and recover, the way you relate to the people you live with, the way you communicate, you create, think, and move your projects forward.
Working with the intelligence of a place means becoming more conscious of how you occupy it, and learning to work with its strengths rather than against them.
And when those things begin to shift, something else follows: a deeper sense of grounding.
And... ultimately, wellbeing.
