5 years ago if you’d told me I’d be quitting my 9-5 and become an international speaker 🗣 I would have laughed at what you said!

Me, the introvert, who hardly socialize, who’s been focused on science for so long that business would have never been a subject of matter to me, now a public keynote speaker in business!

This is not a product of one day or one year, this is a compilation of continuous education, hard work, focus, investment both monetary & time & a belief in an idea!
An idea that we must pass it on; the knowledge!

I’ve over invested in everything but the most I’ve invested in has been in educating other people.
I have not left one person I’ve worked with or came across without teaching them sth new.

I force it! New knowledge, new information!

That’s how your passion towards what you do should be.

But some may ask, what if they steal your life’s work?
Your years spent in education & research?

The simplest answer to that is, even if they did! They’ll never lay it down like you, they’ll never speak it with passion as you do because simply they’re not as enthusiastic and believers of what they’re repeating as you are because that’s your autobiography!
No one can answer as many questions about it as you!

So I’m here to tell you, Spread the knowledge!

Be the reason for someone else’s AHA-moment!

Be the lightbulb 💡 over someone’s head when you’re done speaking.

That’s when you know that only you can do what you do!
Only you can spread your own message !

Making progress vs. Building an empire… the comparison that leads to your business damnation!! 😱

Two different things they may appear to be, yet quite relevant to one another if you look LONGTERM at the former.

You can make baby steps each and everyday yet feel unaccomplished because your goal-setting was done wrong. 🗓

You’re too focused on the bigger picture- building an empire- that you tend to get discouraged by the smaller accomplishments -making progress- on the way simply because you want it all to happen Right Now!

So, although you’re making progress, you’re still viewing yourself as a failure 😣

But that’s not how building an empire works.

Building longterm goals or empires require 5 key 🔑 factors:

💯 Dedication

💯 Resource allocation

💯 Pushing through all rough days

💯 Short goal celebration

💯 Longterm investment (in you & your business)

Success isn’t measured by the short term goals yet every entrepreneur or business owner must acknowledge & celebtrate the short term wins while working on their way up (Towards the top 🔝).

Always remember that; Successful people train for the marathon not the sprints 🏃‍♀️

Once you utilize that knowledge, getting through your quarterly goals towards your annual one will now make more sense and give you more motivation to push forward.

🔺Do you always try hard yet end up giving up or failing?

🔺Do you feel unworthy, unfulfilled or misunderstood?

Well, let me tell you this !

You’re surrounding yourself with either the Passive-Aggressive crowd or the Down-Draggers.

Don’t worry! You’re not alone in this!
I’ve been in your shoes for years and years until only recently that I’ve learned to grow past it.

There’s a reason why the English saying “BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER” is still applicable ever since the 1500’s.
Simply because your crowd dictates your ☁️ rank!!

It’s literally that simple!

So the next time you’ve set on on a huge path or landed a new opportunity and suddenly end up feeling unworthy or unsatisfied with everything around, take a look at the people you’re surrounded with and ask yourself this, ARE THEY REALLY your biggest cheerleaders or are they the opportunists or the down-dragger?!

At the end of the day, it’s up to you to keep pushing forward on your own amongst them or drop them halfway and continue on your quest forward even if it means you’ll be doing it alone for a while till your vibe attracts your tribe 😉♻️
