This energy can be transmitted into the universe and you end up attracting that particular negative experience you have prepped your mind for.
This energy can also be felt in a relationship and can push good people away.

Many of us are guilty of us this.

The solution? Next time you find yourself looking for something to combat and halt a positive experience you’re having, stop and pay attention because this may be your past creating roadblocks in your future.
