Evolve Textiles is seeking a Full/Part-time Data Entry Clerk to assist a non-profit with a large data migration and organizational project. This position is also fully remote and will require a candidate with the ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team.

Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Fully remote (company based in Los Angeles, CA)
Schedule/Hours: 20-40 hours a week- flexible within business hours and M-F
Contract Type: FULL/PART-TIME
On-boarding Requirements: Background Check
Software: Salesforce and/or Drupal, Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: $25-32/hr

Responsibilities:
Update member organizational information into relevant fields on record pages
Confirm all contacts are correct and updated.
Update all billing, admin, and primary contracts.
Clean up folders/systems.
Report cleanups
Client Project Record Management support
Monthly Billing process support
Miscellaneous data entry projects

Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong attention to detail for accuracy.
Ability to analyze, identify, and organize complex data.

Data Entry Position

DUTIES :
*Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
*Running personal errands, supervisions and monitoring.
*Scheduling programmes, flights and keeping me up to date with them.
*Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence while I’m away.
*Making regular contacts and drop-offs on my behalf.
*Handling and monitoring some of my financial activities..
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
*Good planning, communication and organization skills
*Must be honest, reliable & dependable
*Excellent verbal & written communication skills
*Must have strong problem solving skills
*Must be organized & extremely detail oriented
*Experience working with the internet, email.
*Ability to multi-task and self manage 24/7 mindset
